So often I hear of people who have lost weight and got strong and are in the happy zone only to find that a few months later they have gone back to their original weight or body shape or worse still they have gone on a mental and emotional decline because of feelings of disappointment, failure and not being able to do the things they need to do LONGTERM.
When wellness and health posts are all about workouts and nutritional advice ONLY, this sends out teasers to women that its all simple and easily done. You train a few weeks and cut out processed food and sugar and you see an amazing transformation right?
YES!
BUT!
It all creeps back in in no time because you haven’t addressed the tools you need to keep you going on daily basis.

This is EXACTLY what we do in our 12 weeks! We incorporate the habits that serve you and let go of the ones that don't!

-Set clear intentions: Define your goals and remind yourself daily why they matter to you. This will keep you motivated and focused.
-Start small, think big: Break your goals into small, achievable steps. Progress, no matter how small, will keep you motivated and build momentum.
-Surround yourself with support: Find like-minded individuals who can cheer you on, offer advice, and keep you accountable.
-Celebrate your victories: Take a moment to acknowledge and celebrate your achievements along the way. It's important to recognise your hard work and progress.
-Practice self-care: Take care of your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Prioritise rest, nourishing food, exercise, and activities that bring you joy.
-Embrace failure as growth: Don't be afraid of making mistakes or facing setbacks. Learn from them, adjust your approach, and keep moving forward.
Remember, each day is a new opportunity to work towards your goals and become the best version of yourself. You've got this!
