NOVEMBER Adventures and the Secret Jan Project is out!



New adventures await!


For me, this month represents a whirlwind of chaos and excitement, as well as new prospects and connections on the horizon. As we approach the end of the year, it’s the perfect time to reflect on our journeys while looking forward to new adventures!

But first it's also MOVE-MBER - so reminder to move more! This month we’re kicking off with TABATA, shorter express workouts to fit in your day. I’ll be sharing a simple exercise daily on socials this week - come say hi and follow the Tabata a day Accumulator Challenge with us!

Most of you know that I’m deeply rooted in the realms of fitness, health, nutrition, and mindset, my tagline is:


"Fitness, Food, Mindset, Fun." I even have that in my hoodies!

So back to my story:


Coming from a super sporty family, I do know what extreme fitness and athletic mindset is. HOWEVER I have also struggled through phases whereby this mindset HAS NOT served me and so when push came to shove, I had to SCALE DOWN what I knew. Re-imagining my belief systems, my go-to and boy! did I learn a few things along the way!


BEST THING NOW OVER ON THE OTHER SIDE……IS THAT YOU NEVER GIVE UP ON WHAT YOU LOVE


Your joy! Your passions! What makes you tick as a unique human being!


We just RE-INVENT, RE-CREATE AND RE-IMAGINE IT


This led me to CREATE an amazing concept!


That STILL blends challenging workouts, and other wellness concepts with the understanding that many women, especially those in their 40s and over, crave calmness, peace, and joy in their lives.


NOT A SIX PACK AND A CHISELLED BUTT!


Ok secretly perhaps HAHA!


We now want to FEEL strong not just LOOK strong.


I now offer a variety of programs that cater to different needs:

  • **Extreme Workouts:** For those who thrive on intensity.

  • **Regressive Workouts:** Incorporating stretch, mobility, and mindset work for those days when motivation dips.

  • Food - no fuss and simple so everyone, even the busy busy can do

  • MINDSET - for when you need it most

  • FUN - because I’m the reminder to not take life and yourself so seriously

I’m excited to share that I am developing a comprehensive academy, set to fully launch in 2026. This will combine the best of my teachings and experiences into a blueprint for women looking to elevate their lives physically, mentally, and emotionally.
