Sometimes, doing something for you can feel like a crash course in public opinion! When you're living your life, pursuing your dreams, and moving forward, it can rattle others. I've experienced pushback myself in the past and I know this is a common reason why many people, especially women, don't reach their full potential.

Are you apprehensive about what others may say about you or to you?
Please, don't ever be discouraged from leading from the front and going after your dreams. Don't let the thought of what others may say about you hold you back.
It's important to remember that no one in the history of the world has been universally loved. It's impossible.
Even making simple choices like eating clean, cooking from scratch, or dedicating 10 minutes to a workout can unnerve people close to you. They may question your choices or criticise your actions, but don't let that deter you.
When you're doing unconventional things, breaking the mould, creating new healthy habits, working on your fitness, or pushing forward in personal development, you have to expect some degree of pushback. However, don't let it stop you or even prevent you from getting started. If you aren't making waves, there would be nothing to say!
So, be a #TALLPOPPY and shine. Embrace your uniqueness, ignore the saboteurs, and keep moving forward towards your goals.
