I’m using the mastery of the kickstart and adding the missing pieces of the puzzle which is MINDSET and WELLBEING to push through even when life gets in the way, keeping you motivated throughout x

We will go through:

Diet:

  • Consultations to adapt meal plans based on your fitness/wellness goals and dietary requirements.

  • Generally focusing on consuming a balanced diet that includes lean proteins, complex carbohydrates, healthy fats, and plenty of fruits and vegetables with the STAPLE Kickstart 3 meals no snacking.

  • Incorporate foods that are rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants to support your overall health and recovery.

 

 

Fitness:

  • Workout routines that include a combination of cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and flexibility exercises.

  • Include high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts to improve your cardiovascular endurance and enhance FAT LOSS.

  • Incorporate resistance training exercises to build lean muscle mass and improve your strength and power.

  • Mind + Body Basics to keep CORE STRONG, body supple and injury-free

  • We shall include rest days to allow your body to recover

 

LOW IMPACT, KNEE-FRIENDLY AND BACK CARE OPTIONS TOO

Wellness:

  • We will prioritise quality sleep to ensure proper rest and recovery.

  • We will practice stress management techniques such as meditation, deep breathing exercises, and yoga to reduce stress and promote mental well-being.

  • Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day.

  • Rehab tips on massage therapy, foam rolling, or stretching to support muscle recovery and prevent injuries.

  • MINDSET COACHING THROUGHOUT + promoting positive mindsets by also surrounding ourselves with a supportive network community.
